HENRY SANDERS, PRESIDENT - Most recently, Henry was the Wisconsin state director for Hamilton.gsp where he successfully helped companies receive non-dilutive government funding. Currently, he is the president of CAPACITY-360 where he helps small and mid-size businesses build capacity through funding, and business strategy. In line with his strong entrepreneurial spirit, he is the founder and President of Propel Wisconsin Innovation, a non-profit membership based advocacy organization “for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs” to serve entrepreneurs and high growth companies and to cultivate entrepreneurship. Propel’s mission is to facilitate the creation of successful and sustainable entities that have a lasting and sustainable positive impact on the state of Wisconsin and was created to strengthen the pipeline for entrepreneurs in the state. Henry is also the founder of the Madison Area Growth Network (MAGNET), which works to attract and retain skilled young people in the Madison area.
